Jaipal Reddy Thimmayyagari, a seasoned real estate visionary, is the Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer at Ankura Homes. With over a decade of experience, Jaipal has mastered the art of transforming visions into reality. Before his return to India in 2010, Jaipal excelled as a Chartered Accountant in the U.S. IT sector for 13 years. His strategic shift to real estate was propelled by a desire to contribute to India’s urban landscape, initially making his mark at his family’s establishment – Subishi Group, where he played a pivotal role in scaling the company’s footprint across major projects.

Educated at IIM Bangalore with a Master’s in Management and a background in Civil Engineering, Venkat’s illustrious career spans multiple continents including significant tenures in the UK, USA, and India. With over 25 years of experience, primarily in the IT sector, he has managed over 200 employees and successfully led more than 20 complex projects. His dedication has been consistently recognized with numerous accolades and customer appreciation awards.

Under Venkat’s leadership, Ankura Homes is a synonym for sustainability, quality, and innovation. Ravikanth Reddy, the Co-founder and CFO of Ankura Homes, is a seasoned financial strategist whose acumen has significantly shaped the company’s success. With over 25 years of experience in finance and accounts, Ravikanth is a master of financial management, renowned for his meticulous approach to fiscal stewardship and strategic planning.

Armed with a degree in Cost Accounting from ICWAI and a Master’s in Financial Management, Ravikanth has a proven track record of excellence. Before co-founding Ankura Homes, he launched an IT startup in 2008, developing three financial products now utilized by over 600 users across 20+ countries. This experience not only showcases his innovative spirit but also his ability to deliver solutions that resonate on a global scale.

At Ankura Homes, Ravikanth leads the financial operations with a sharp eye on sustainability and growth. He is instrumental in driving the financial planning and budgeting processes, developing robust financial models that incorporate identified risks and opportunities into forecasts and strategic plans. His analytical prowess ensures that Ankura Homes maintains optimal performance metrics, adapting strategies dynamically to meet business needs and market demands.
